Have a specific question?

AI does not need to be complicated to be useful.

This one-day practical workshop helps managers and team leaders make sense of AI and use it confidently in their day-to-day work.

You will learn where AI genuinely adds value, where it does not, and how to apply simple frameworks that support your team rather than disrupt it.

You will leave with the language, judgement, and confidence to discuss AI clearly and use it responsibly in your role.

Claimable as a business training expense — HMRC-compliant L&D. Most attendees book through their employer.

Does this sound familiar?

Your team is already using AI — but you're not sure if they're doing it safely or correctly

You've heard the hype, but don't know where to start — or what's actually useful for your role

Leadership is asking about AI strategy, but you don't feel confident enough to lead the conversation

You're worried about falling behind — but every AI course looks too technical or too vague

Why Point Academy?

We teach you to think critically — not just copy prompts. You'll learn how to evaluate AI tools intelligently and implement them responsibly in your organisation.

No vendor sales pitch — We're independent trainers, not software sellers. Our focus is on what actually works for you.

Small groups, real problems — Max 20 people means you get personal attention. You'll work on your actual challenges, not hypothetical case studies.

Walk away ready to lead — By 5pm, you'll have the language, frameworks, and confidence to guide your team's AI adoption.

I walked in feeling like AI was something 'other people' understood — and left with actual tools I use daily. Now I confidently guide my team on when to use AI and when not to. Worth every penny.

What managers say after one day

Verified

I was sceptical — another day out of the office for training? But this paid for itself in week one. I now save at least 3 hours a week on reports and emails. My manager noticed the difference.

Finally, training that respects that I'm not technical. Sebastian broke down everything into plain language. I left knowing exactly what to implement first — and what to avoid.

I'm not usually someone who raves about training days. This was different. The examples were current, the pace was right, and I never felt talked at. Already sharing the toolkit with my team.

They got the bias and ethics section right — that's genuinely hard to do. Not preachy, not hand-wavy. Just honest and practical. That alone sets it apart from anything else I've seen.

My worry going in was that everything would need a tech team I don't have. It didn't. Most of what we covered I could start using the following week. Good balance of ambition and real-world practicality.

I arrived sceptical — a full day on AI? Turns out, yes. Clear, warm, well paced. I didn't check my phone once. The kind of course you wish more training days could be.
